Lucas was born and raised in Vancouver, where he attended school at the University of British Columbia. Lucas earned a Bachelor of Human Kinetics at UBC in 2021 and has since been in health care and rehabilitation. He first found his passion for sport and fitness, competing in a variety of sports in his early life and has since continued his passion for health and wellness through various sporting opportunities. As a young adult, most of his time was preoccupied with the sport of rowing, where in high school, he was able to find national success. Later in university, Lucas rowed on the UBC varsity rowing team, training and learning about the body under one of the nation’s best strength and conditioning programs.
Lucas will be taking on the role of Kinesiologist at MSK Clinics. He will be dedicated to showing clients how to take care of their chronic and transient musculoskeletal injuries properly. Specifically, Lucas will take clients through a tailored rehabilitation exercise program to correct various muscular imbalances, compensations, and weaknesses. This will target the root cause of pain and promote confident and healthy movement.
Outside of the workplace, her hobbies include skiing, hiking, cycling, camping, and making art.
