Jessica is a registered massage therapist with several years experience. A graduate of West Coast College of Massage Therapy, she is also a certified Yoga instructor.
Jessica believes in correcting both physical and energy imbalances in the human body. Using deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point release, muscle energy, reflexology, and Swedish massage, she adapts to treat a variety of client needs. Jessica also does specific massage techniques for TMJ problems.
After learning a traditional style of yoga while living in India, Jessica incorporated guided breathing techniques to assist in continuing progress between therapy sessions. This technique is also effective for long term pain management. She believes in coaching clients in breathing, postural alignment, and remedial exercises to prolong the benefits of each therapeutic treatment.
Working abroad, Jessica has honed her techniques through practice and exposure to a wide range of healing philosophies. She has a strong connection with nature, and is an avid snowboarder, cyclist, yogi, and traveler.
