Jane is a graduate of the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy and has been practicing since the fall of 2011. She has a broad scope of work experience including teaching pediatric massage in orphanages in Vietnam, working with trail runners in the jungles of Costa Rica, and maintaining a busy local practice.
Jane is an advocate for preventative therapy by empowering her patients through education and encouraging a proactive lifestyle. She enjoys the challenge of treating orthopedic and systemic conditions and believes that massage is essential for one’s overall well-being.
She has experience in a variety of therapeutic techniques including myofascial release, muscle energy, trigger point release, and neuromuscular therapy.
As a lifelong participant in a variety of sports, Jane leads an active lifestyle as a trail runner, triathlete, swimmer, and volleyball player.
Jane is registered with the College of Massage Therapy of British Columbia and is an active member in good standing with the Massage Therapy Association of British Columbia.
