Freddy lives his life with health and well-being as a top priority. He believes that life is much more enjoyable when we take the actions that increase our quality of life and make us feel better. Massage Therapy has been a part of Freddy’s life for almost a decade; it’s positive affects continue to benefit him and are what inspired him to become a Registered Massage Therapist. He offers a relaxing and effective treatment with the goal to alleviate dysfunctional soft tissue, joints, and stress from everyday use or injury. His practice mainly involves the utilization of soft tissue release, myofascial release, passive stretch, joint mobilization, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation, Trigger Point release, and self-care guidance.
During his free time Freddy enjoys spending time outdoors, engaging in physical activity, cooking, and exploring Vancouver’s food scene.
