Dr. Chris White received both his Bachelor’s of Science and Masters of Science from the University of Guelph in Guelph, ON before obtaining his Doctorate of Chiropractic from New York Chiropractic College in upstate New York. While in school, Dr. White also completed an advanced certificate in Sports Science and Human Performance.
Dr. White’s treatment style involves a blend of manual and instrument-assisted soft tissue techniques such as Graston and ART (Active Release Technique), Shockwave, DNS (Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization) and both spinal and extremity joint manipulations.
Dr. White believes that every patient is an athlete in their own way, whether they are playing at the highest level or just for fun on the weekends. As a self-proclaimed ‘weekend warrior’ himself, Chris makes the most out of the sunny days by getting out into the mountains to hike, hitting the links to golf or hitting the road to bike. When the weather turns rainy, you can find him at one of the local Olympic weightlifting gyms training to improve himself or coaching other athletes. Chris loves being able to help athletes of all ages and skill levels reach and maintain their optimal performance levels.
