Ashley Nagle graduated from the University of Toronto with a Masters of Physiotherapy after completing her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Victoria.
She has experience and interest treating a wide variety of conditions and has several years experience working with community and professional athletes. After completing research on injury prevention in youth sports, she finds education surrounding prevention an important aspect of her treatment. Ashley also has specialized training in the assessment and treatment of a variety of pelvic floor dysfunctions in women and men.
Ashley’s treatment focuses on working with patients to create individualized treatment plans that will help manage and improve their function. Ashley’s treatment approach is to use education, manual therapy, and a targeted exercise program for each patient she works with.
Ashley is enthusiastic about sharing her passion for health and wellness with all of her patients. In her free time she enjoys being outdoors – either discovering beautiful new places in BC, playing volleyball, or paddle boarding in the summer.
