TeleHealth Explained

In light of the recent COVID-19 outbreak and the resultant need to limit in-person interactions, we have had to close or limit our service to urgent cases only. This may have left you in pain with limited options for care.

As an alternative to in-person appointments we are now offering Telehealth services through video consultation. If you have questions about your condition or need supervised exercise and strengthening, you now have access to our physiotherapists, kinesiologists or chiropractors via our online video platform.

What are TeleHealth appointments?

Video/Phone Consultations (Chiropractic, Physiotherapy and Kinesiology)

Some conditions can get worse or will take longer to resolve if you don’t have the proper guidance. You can speak to one of our doctors or therapists who can discuss your condition and provide some helpful advice and exercises. Likewise, you can perform supervised kinesiology exercise appointments from the comfort of your home. Some insurance providers will cover these telehealth appointments so check with your specific insurance provider. Direct billing available for ICBC only.

Urgent Cases (Chiropractic only)

In-person chiropractic appointments may be offered to some patients who are in urgent need of assessment or treatment. In office cleaning, sanitizer and gloves will be utilized to optimize your safety during these treatments. Please email us at to request an appointment and we will contact you to assess your needs and help in whatever way we can.
